This study didn’t replace full ROM… It ADDED lengthened partials after failure. And the result? 👉 Same muscle growth 👉 ~Half the number of sets Translation: You can get similar gains with less volume… IF you’re pushing sets HARD and adding lengthened partials. But context matters: • These weren’t sloppy reps • They were taken past failure • Total reps were actually LOWER So no… doing lazy half reps isn’t the takeaway.
